Pedal Commander PC40-AE

I set mine to sport mode on the app and the throttle response is noticeably sharper now, no more lag when I hit the gas. The Bluetooth connection was quick to pair with my phone, and having 36 sensitivity options let me dial in exactly how aggressive I want it.

The Bluetooth app makes switching between the 36 sensitivity settings incredibly easy, and I can feel the difference immediately in stop-and-go traffic. It's like the truck finally responds when I hit the gas.

Installed it in ten minutes and the throttle lag is completely gone. Having 36 sensitivity settings lets me dial in exactly the response I want. The Bluetooth app is surprisingly easy to use.
