The install took maybe 20 minutes and the city mode alone fixed that annoying throttle lag when pulling out of junctions. I’ve got the 3.0 TFSI and the difference in response is immediate, like the pedal finally listens to my foot.

The Sport mode actually makes a noticeable difference in throttle response on my 2016 Q7, especially when merging onto the highway. Took maybe 10 minutes to install and it's nice being able to adjust the sensitivity without leaving the driver's seat.
