Plugged it into my 2007 3500 High Roof the other day, and the throttle response with the 3.0L engine feels noticeably snappier on the City setting. Makes merging onto the highway way less of a guess.

Took a gamble on this for my 2500 High Roof and the throttle response is genuinely night and day—even just around town it feels like the van woke up. Install was straightforward on the 3.0L and the adjustment knob is easy to reach. My only wish is that I'd bought it sooner.

I was skeptical at first, but the difference in throttle response is immediate and noticeable, even in my 2008 2500 High Roof. City driving feels way less sluggish now, and the installation itself took maybe 20 minutes total.
