Took a few minutes to install in my 2016 Model S, but once it was set up the throttle response is noticeably sharper. The Sport+ mode makes merging onto highways feel effortless, exactly what I wanted.

Plugged it in and within five minutes the pedal felt completely different—way less lag when I need to merge onto the highway. The fact that it works on both the 2016 and 2020 models I’ve owned is a huge plus, and installation took longer to find the port than to actually snap it in.

The throttle response is noticeably sharper now, especially in sport mode—makes merging onto the highway feel effortless. I’ve had it installed for a week and haven’t needed to touch the eco setting once.
