Find the right Pedal Commander for your Saturn Sky, Outlook, Vue, or Astra. Compare fitment, engine options, and trims to eliminate throttle lag.
Quick answer
Pedal Commander offers a throttle response controller for four Saturn models: the Sky, Outlook, Vue, and Astra. Each model requires a specific unit matched to its generation and engine. Use the option selector on the product page to confirm your exact vehicle before ordering.
Why Saturn models need a throttle controller
Many Saturn owners notice a slight delay when pressing the accelerator, especially in automatic transmissions. This is electronic throttle lag, not a mechanical issue. Pedal Commander plugs into the pedal sensor and adjusts the signal so the engine responds faster. The result is a sharper, more immediate feel without affecting your warranty or requiring any permanent modification.
Compatibility differences across the lineup
Saturn vehicles span different platforms and engine families. The Sky uses a 2.0L turbo or 2.4L naturally aspirated engine, while the Outlook relies on a 3.6L V6. The Vue offers three engine choices across its third generation, and the Astra is a compact hatch with a 1.8L four-cylinder. Because the pedal sensor and wiring can differ, each model has its own Pedal Commander SKU. There is no universal unit that fits all Saturns.
Decision rules: Which Pedal Commander fits your Saturn?
- Saturn Sky (2007-2010): Choose the Pedal Commander for Saturn Sky. It works with both the 2.0L turbo (Red Line) and 2.4L (Base). Select the correct option for your Sky during checkout.
- Saturn Outlook (2007-2010): Choose the Pedal Commander for Saturn Outlook. It fits the 3.6L V6 in XE and XR trims. Use the option selector to confirm your Outlook before adding to cart.
- Saturn Vue (2008-2010, 3rd Gen): Choose the Pedal Commander for Saturn Vue. It supports 2.4L, 3.5L, and 3.6L engines, including Green Line, Hybrid, Red Line, XE, and XR trims. The Vue has the most engine options, so double-check your engine size.
Pedal Commander for Saturn Vue - Saturn Astra (2008-2010, 2nd Gen): Choose the Pedal Commander for Saturn Astra. It fits the 1.8L engine in XE and XR trims. The Astra is the only Saturn compact with a Pedal Commander option.

Product facts
- Pedal Commander for Saturn Sky: Pedal Commander for Saturn Sky fits the 1st Gen (2007-2010) with 2.0L Ecotec Turbo or 2.4L Ecotec engines, Base and Red Line trims. If you own a Sky Red Line with the turbo, this unit handles the higher output without issues. The option selector asks which Sky you have to ensure the correct SKU.
- Pedal Commander for Saturn Outlook: Pedal Commander for Saturn Outlook fits the 1st Gen (2007-2010) with the 3.6L engine, XE and XR trims. The Outlook is a heavier SUV, so the throttle controller can make it feel more responsive off the line. Confirm your trim to avoid a mismatch.
