John N. ★★★★★

Honestly, I was nervous about shipping such a pricey item, but the peace of mind add-on paid off when the box showed up crushed. I filed a claim and had a replacement within the 7-day window, no hassle at all. Definitely worth the small extra cost for the quick resolution.

David ★★★★★

My package arrived with a visible dent, but I filed my claim and had a replacement in hand within a week. The 7-day coverage window was exactly what I needed to feel secure about the order.

Samuel ★★★★★

The shipping protection gave me peace of mind when I saw the box had taken a beating in transit. I'm relieved I opted for it since the replacement guarantee is for a full 7 days after delivery.
