I set it to City mode and the throttle response is noticeably sharper right off the line. The install took maybe 10 minutes under the dash.

Finally got rid of that sluggish throttle lag on my 6.0L Express. The 0-60 adjustment is super responsive and the Sport+ mode actually makes merging onto the highway feel effortless.

Installed this on my 2015 Express with the 5.3L and the difference in throttle response is night and day, especially in city driving. The Sport mode makes it feel like a completely different vehicle without making it jerky.
