I've been using this on my 2007 Maxima for a month and the throttle response difference is night and day—even in Eco mode it feels more planted. The 4 adjustment levels let me dial in exactly how much pep I want for daily driving without being too twitchy.

The throttle lag is completely gone on my 2006 A34, and I can finally feel the 3.5L respond the instant I touch the pedal. It took about 20 minutes to plug in and tuck the wiring, and the difference in daily driving is night and day.

Installed this on my 2004 Maxima and the difference in throttle response is night and day. The plug-and-play setup took maybe 15 minutes, and now I can actually feel the 3.5L pull from a stop.
