Took me about twenty minutes to get the PC53 fitted on my 2005 Forester, and the throttle response difference is immediately obvious when you switch between the modes. The Sport+ setting makes the 2.5L feel way punchier around town, exactly what I was hoping for.

Plugged it into my 2014 Forester and the difference in throttle response is immediate—city driving feels way less sluggish now. Took maybe 15 minutes to install under the dash.

Installation was straightforward, just plugging it into the OBD2 port under the dash. The difference in throttle response is very noticeable in Sport mode, but I do wish the Eco setting had a bit more adjustment range.
